中央聖馬丁校友Lesley de Freitas 2013年春夏女裝最新系列之“花之女神”
著名時裝設計師Lesley de Freitas 發布了2013年春夏女裝的最新系列“花之女神”（FLORA）。本次的設計靈感來源于華麗的花卉。雙層的奢華絲綢布料加上絲綢花邊，非常有層次感並倍顯高貴。空中的浮華，飄動的優雅，讓人有種飄飄然的感覺。Lesley de Freitas 畢業于倫敦藝術大學中央聖馬丁學院，獨特的潮流風格使她每次的時裝作品都會備受關注，並多次在Vogue Italia, Loves和Diane Pernet’s Paris Diary 等知名時尚雜志上刊登。

Central Saint Martins alumna, Lesley de Freitas’ work has been featured in a number of high fashion publications including Vogue Italia (http://www.vogue.it/talents/vogue-per-i-giovani/2012/09/lesley-de-freitas), Another Magazine Loves, Diane Pernet’s Paris Diary, ASVOF, Planet Notion, Disorder Magazine, HONK, That Fake Blog, Ocean Style Magazine, The Trend Oracle & Slave Magazine.
Her spring/summer collection ‘FLORA’ was inspired by the air of ostentatious glamour and breezy elegance that was Palm Springs c.1960‘s/70‘s; with cinematic references of Elizabeth Taylor and Sophia Loren; this is a sophisticated, refreshing and optimistic collection, comprising of day wear which seamlessly flows through to evening wear, in a veneer of bright sugary hues underpinned by a more serious side. Elements of the collection also take their cue from Jacqueline Kennedy’s favoured couturiers, Balenciaga and Hubert de Givenchy, where vintage Balenciaga advertising campaigns have influenced my textile designs, with bright brocades, old gold and richly embroidered silk chiffons, with a simplistic, uncomplicated silhouette, updated with a dialogue which plays with an abstracted floral leitmotif, negative space and layering in luxe double silk marrocains and the finest silk chiffons.
