合作與創新的典範︰UAL師生制作影片收獲The Webby Award

由倫敦藝術大學多個學院和機構的師生合作制作的電影《Climate Emergency Interactive》收獲了The Webby Awards的“公共服務與行動”分類中的“人民之聲”獎項。這次獲獎意義重大，因為這部影片是跨機構合作的成果，而且在與Lady Gaga等其他優秀藝術家的激烈的競爭中脫穎而出。
《Climate Emergency Interactive》引發了人們對“氣候應急”這一話題的思考和行動。創作團隊成員、UAL教師Martin Percy對此評價道︰“這部影片是真正的師生合作的成果。它突破了傳統的‘遠程學習’理念，創建了一種社交互動方法來教育人們有關氣候緊急情況的知識。這是一場公眾的集體討論，不僅關注起因也關注解決方案，包括政治性的和創造性的。這部影片的誕生展示了UAL在合作與創新上的驚人創造力。”

The film, created by staff and students from across UAL, won The People's Voice in the Public Service and Activism category at The Webby Awards. Beating off strong competition from Lady Gaga, among others, the win is all the more sweet because it came for a resolutely collaborative and cross-organisational project.
The Climate Emergency Interactive is a film that introduces students to the climate emergency then asks questions, relates it to creative practice and gives its audience the tools for action. It was commissioned by the Climate Emergency Network and developed through the Climate Emergency Assembly process.
"This was a truly collaborative effort by a group of students and staff. It breaks through traditional ideas of 'e-learning' to create a social, interactive approach to educating people about the Climate Emergency. It's a collective conversation not just about causes but about solutions - political and creative. It shows the amazing things we can create at UAL when we get together and put our minds to it."
